Estate planning

Joseph and his Staff did a great job putting our will and other documents together. We had a complex structure that included out of State properties and he consulted with out of State Attorneys to insure that we were covered. I highly recommend him for Estate planning and wills.

Feel very fortunate to have worked with Joseph

Joseph and his supporting staff helped my family through very challenging and evolving circumstances when it became evident that a family member in Pensacola urgently required adult guardianship and then eventually passed away, with property in three states and no will in place. We live several hundred miles away and despite the distance, Joseph guided us through the process with compassion and utmost integrity (and also facilitated our securing additional and excellent probate assistance outside of Florida where necessary, and then worked seamlessly with those attorneys on our behalf). I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Probate review

Joseph W.C. Boyles handled a complicated probate matter for our family member who died intestate. Our relative had assets in the state of Florida as well as out of state. As we, the surviving family members, live outside the state of Florida, we had to do much of it remotely and by emails. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. We appreciate Joseph's firm's services even more given that the process was likely made more difficult due to the corona virus pandemic. We are very pleased and highly recommend his firm.

I reached out to Joe because I was referred by some other friends to his professionalism and thoroughness. He did not disappoint me with the help he was able to provide. Joe was able to provide me with the information I needed to make decisions that affected my business and where I want to see it in the future. Family affair

The senior Mr. Boyle did our will 20 years ago. Upon deciding to do a trust as currently a widow, Mr. Boyle Jr. was very knowledgeable, very professional, and able to guide me through an emotional journey with changes that were needed. Would highly recommend, and as a side note, four of my neighbors have used his services. Came highly recommended.

Great to work with remotely

Joseph and his team were great. My mom and I reached out to Joseph Boyles to have a death certificate amended. We weren't really sure where to start and had not encountered a task such as this in the past. We also took a chance as we were working remotely to get this done as I'm in Boston and my mom is in central Florida. We were very anxious and unfamiliar with the situation but Joseph and his team were patient with us and assured us that the process could take some time. They were absolutely right it took much longer than we could have anticipated but if it were not for them my mother and I would not have been able to navigate through this process with such ease and precision. With patience and persistence we got the result we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Joseph and his team. Thank you all so very much!
