Better than the best!

Joyce Evans is honestly the best lawyer I ever worked with. She makes herself available all times the day and night for those of us who work 9 to 5. She always gave me the best advice even if it meant less money in my pocket. Her 30 plus years of experience definitely shows in the courtroom. She knows her stuff, and I don't think the most expensive lawyer in Florida could get the best of her. She didn't just represent me,she fought for me and my family.

Wonderful Representation for this Dad!

As a sole provider for my little boy, thanks to Joyce, he is safe and where he needs to be. If it were not for Joyce my Son would be in a very unhealthy enviroment. From the bottom of my heat, thank you Joyce! Although very professional...you don't want to go up against this woman, just ask my ex-wife.

Custody

I hired Joyce years ago for my custody case and wow how great of a job she did for us. I won custody of my kids in Feb 2011 and she made the attorney look like a fool. She prepared us for the case and kept on top of everything..If you can actually hire her (since she is so busy!!) she is the very best attorney in TAMPA!!! There is no other attorney that will put the effort to win your case like she will..Good luck attorney's that go against her!

Joyce is a master at her craft!!

Handled custody and issues of bigamy. To this day, a little over two years, I am still amazed at how she handled my spouse and her witnesses. My daughter needed to be in my home with supervised visits with her mother and Joyce Ann knew it and helped to make it happen. I am sure that my daughter would not be with me full time were it not for her diligence, intuition, knowledge and the fact that she is so very quick on her feet. Thanks, Joyce Ann, you are the very best out there!! By the way, I am a para legal and worked with many attorneys. She just out does them all.
