Whether Respondent discriminated against Petitioner based on either his age or in retaliation for engaging in a protected activity, in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992.Although Petitioner's treatment may have been unfair, his supervisor unkind, and the management inept, Petitioner did not prove unlawful discrimination based upon either his age or in retaliation.
