The issue is the amount payable to Respondent, Agency for Health Care Administration (“Respondent” or “AHCA”), in satisfaction of Respondent’s Medicaid lien of $144,076.45 from a $275,000 settlement received by Petitioner, Gloria Rodriguez (“Petitioner” or “Ms. Rodriguez”), from a third party, pursuant to section 409.910, Florida Statutes (2019).Petitioner proved by preponderance of the evidence that the Agency for Health Care Administration's Medicaid lien should be reduced.
