I represent clients in both formal and summary probate proceedings. I can assist you with transferring assets from the decedent's name to yours.
I do alot of guardianship work. We work with guardians and their families to have a guaridan appointed for an incapacitated person to care for them.
I assist clients with the setting up of a guardianship proceeding when their loved one loses capacity, or when there is a minor who inherits more than $15,000.00.
