I am currently litigating a significant an insurance case with Ray that has been around for some time because of interlocutory appeals, and I have found him to be an extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional attorney. I was shocked to learn Ray has not yet been AV rated by Martindale- Hubbell, as this is a well overdue recognition.

Ray was a formidable adversary in a legal malpractice case in which I represented the plaintiff. Although I wish his arguments weren’t as creative and compelling as they were, Ray was always a pleasure to deal with. He was clear, concise and accurate in his communications, reasonable in entering into procedural agreements that made the litigation more efficient for both sides and the court, and never backed out of verbal commitments.
