Ms Joseph enjoys resolving complex financial Family court litigation, working with forensic experts, including forensic accountants, real and tangible property appraisers; private investigators, pension experts and actuaries, vocational rehabilitation evaluators, psycho-social investigators and psychologists, substance abuse and reunification experts, to name a few; has a good working relationship with her fellow family lawyers and with the experts, as well as the judiciary.
Ms Joseph has been a Supreme Court certified court-appointed Family Guardian Ad Litem, serving as a friend is the court and for purposes of making recommendations to the court on what is in the child’s best interest, over thirty times in the past 20 years, on issues of timesharing and parental responsibility and other related matters. Ms Joseph also enjoys mediating cases for families with children, especially those with autism and related conditions, which is an area the firm is passionate about.
Ms. Joseph is licensed to practice law in the Southern & Middle District of Florida Federal Bars in addition to the Florida state bar. Ms Joseph also practiced personal injury, criminal defense in addition to family law over the last 25 years.
