When we entered into this agreement, your firm was full of promises that never materialized, I was told that you had accountants that would go over our returns in question and get the best results that we could expect.
What we received was hardly any contact from you, no discussions on what our issues were and your plan to alleviate them, we were in the dark for over a year on what was going on, missed a hearing date that you admitted to my wife that it wasn't on your calendar! and then, after a year, your firm tried to get me to pay the full amount to the IRS without even looking at our receipts, statements, and so on. If that was the case, why did it take you over a year to come to that conclusion?
The last straw was when for over two weeks sent emails, called, left messages that you ignored just like the IRS stated that you did to them when they tried to contact you.
I believe that your firm acted in a very unprofessional manner by not contacting me when the trial date was fast approaching and leaving me wondering if you were going to even show up. which she never did only thing she did was steal 4000. from me for nothing, answer this one miss gibson
