The only lawyer that helped me.

I was involved in a golf cart accident in 2015. I live in Georgia but the incident happened in Florida. When I got home from the event I found a lawyer in my town. He told me he would have to consult with a lawyer in Florida since that was where the accident happened. 3.5 years later that lawyer said that it wasn't worth his time and dropped my case. That's when I found Ken at Cutler Rader. Even though my case had a low payout he still helped me. I was able to get enough of a settlement to pay off my medical bills. It's hard to find a good lawyer that you can trust and I fully believe that Ken has your best interests in mind.

Great Asset

I had an issue regarding a contractor. I spoke with Mr. Cutler who gave me honest answers. The thing I liked the most was he told me it would cost me more to pursue a claim than I would get back. It was refreshing to get an honest assessment rather than someone just trying to make money! I would recommend Mr. Cutler if you are looking for an honest attorney.

Ken Cutler took over my personal injury lawsuit when the attorneys I had originally hired suddenly discovered - after two years - that they had a Conflict of Interest on the case. Honest, Ethical and Responsive

There are a million and one Personal Injury firms out there, but Cutler Rader is the one that I trust to take care of my clients when they have personal injury issues (which I do not handle). As compared to other PI lawyers, Ken will not take every case that walks in the door.
