Top Family Guy In Town

This lawyer is among the top three in Brevard. My wife had one of the other two. Complex divorces include financial issues, corporations, and children's issues. And alimony - it is just part of the fabric of our world. I agreed to alimony for a short time and that was best for me but Ken was prepared to defend against it and we probably would have won. My business continued uninterrupted and I have recovered from the emotional experience and the finances are getting back on track. Ken doesn't create extra work and he responds appropriately to the other side when they pull some shenanigans. I'm pleased with the representation and have recommended him to others which is the best compliment I can give. Hard working, no BS, knowledgeable, and solid in front of the judge. Five stars.

Great lawyer

My criminal case was complicated and it could have impacted my divorce. This lawyer disposed of the criminal part (it was a BS claim by wife) and my divorce is done. It was a blessing to have him handling things and I sure am glad I didn't have to do it alone. I will recommend to anyone.

Great experience

I originally hired Mrs. Rhoden or actually my mother did and she prepared documents for mom. I met Bonnie when mom got sick and I had to work as power of attorney and then after mom died she helped me with the assets. Mr. Rhoden came in to the picture in the area of family law and I can't say enough about how impressive he is - in court, out of court, anywhere. He is very experienced and I believe what I read that an experienced trial lawyer is necessary on family law cases. It does matter. The two of them work well together and it made things better and easier for me and my family.

Not a better choice out there

This is an experienced attorney. His understanding of the intricacies of family law is unparalleled. His assistance in my situation turned what was contentious, frustrating and stressful for me into a controlled, progressive legal process. I suppose you can say he herded the cats but at the same time weeded out the unnecessary issues from the important ones. He is focused and prepared for court wether a trial or just a basic hearing. I felt well represented and the outcome was fair as far as I am concerned - each side gave a little and now peace is back in my life.

Not a better choice out there

Ken is an excellent attorney IMHO. He is fair with fees and takes payment plans. He did in my case expect to have a retainer in place prior to beginning trial preparation. But after having my case with him for a year (divorce takes a long time in this county) I had made all my payments and had all the retainer needed in place. No extra communications to him meant when he needed something his staff would email me and that equalled less of the lawyers time. And a great thing is too that the firm does not bill you for the time spent by the paralegals so if you call and get your information from them - you don't bother Ken or other lawyers and you don't have your retainer used. I don't get other people who say he's out for money - he isn't one of those lawyers that won't even talk to you on the phone without a payment. He consulted with me in person for almost an hour and did not charge me. When I came back to hire him it was quick and we got down to business preparing documents. I felt well represented and even though we didn't have many issues (with my ex wife) we did go to trial and Ken was prepared with his notes and cases and did a great job for me. I'm happy with the result and so far everything is much smoother with the kids and ex wife. He does a super job and I absolutely recommend him for anything you have in family law legal problems!

Fair, Affordable and Tough

Mr. Rhoden was fair with his fees and he was tough as nails when needed. Other times he had my best interest in mond and advised me what to do and not to do. I think he made me a better parent.

Excellent Criminal litigator

Ken is tough and experienced. He told me like it was and insisted that I take my part in my case seriously. If I hadn't done my part he could not have done his work with success. I got the best outcome I could hope for. Thank god for this lawyer, Ken.

Good lawyer

This lawyer is to be trusted and relied upon. He helped my family through a tough time when we needed to change the divorce documents. I recommend him. He'll listen and he will help you even though it took a long time to get a resolution in our case but the courts were so busy and he kept in touch with us.

Great lawyer

Mr. Rhoden has been a god send to me and my daughter. He helped us get the custody worked out over my grand babies. Helped us with payments plan and it took a long time to get a hearing but he answered all the questions for us. Even his experience with criminal laws helped us the babies daddy was in jail a lot. Thank god for this man.
