The issues are whether Respondent injected fat into or below G.R.’s gluteal muscles in violation of section 458.331(1)(t) and/or 458.331(1)(nn), Florida Statutes (2020); and, if so, what penalty should be imposed.Respondent committed medical malpractice in violation of section 458.331(1)(t) and (nn), but had mitigating circumstances resulting in a recommendation of one year probation, a $5,000 fine, and imposing the costs of investigation and prosecution.
