S. 458.331(1)(m), 458.331(1)(q), 458.331(1)(t).Respondent guilty of malpractice in delivery of infant; failure to appropriately diagnose patient's condition, four counts; failure to maintain medical records, four counts; not guilty on eight counts, including sexual misconduct.
