I would put zero stars if possible. My case was dismissed because he failed to submit multiple documents and failed to inform me that I was supposed to appear in court, then he lied to my face pretending not to know what the issue was. I paid him $1250 for nothing. And getting a hold of him when I needed council was mission impossible. The answer was always "we're waiting" or "keep doing what you're doing". A thief, a liar, and a cheat. Unprofessional, and doesn't know how to do his job only how to take people's money. He barely gave any importance to my case and has now cost me money because I have to hire a new lawyer. DO NOT HIRE.

Since hiring Ken, I've had a terrible time getting a hold of him. He doesn't respond in a timely manner but that turned into completely ignoring all my calls. Nine months of waiting for him to make a single move on the case has cost me several thousands of dollars, not to mention his fees. He's even lied to me about filing the necessary documents with the court, only to retract that later on saying "Oh, there must have been something wrong with my computer. Don't worry, I'll file it today". I've heard that story too many times along with a slew of excuses. When I said "What about the thousands of dollars your delay has cost? He said, "That's ok, I'll file this with court retroactively". FYI, there is no such thing. He was taking me for a ride. The second example of lies. Finally, he's gone completely awol, taking my money, rendering NO service, and wasting a ton of my money. Dozens of phone calls, messages left in his answering service, text messages, emails, all leading to nothing. Even the attorney from the Florida Bar couldn't reach him by phone. I had no other choice than to file a formal complaint.

The man is very smart and very capable but for some strange reason, he's completely gone off the reservation.

This is a terrible thing to do to someone already struggling financially.

I have all proof of what I say. I would post if I could. I have tried to email call I have been ignored. When I hired him I asked him for one thing ”have my back”. I am 65 have cancer 4 types this was not a situation I wanted to be in. I was alone being new to Flordia. I never asked for a discount. He gave me a figure I paid it I hadn't even met him yet only on the phone. He makes me out to be demanding it took being ignored to write this.
