Ms Mack took a case where she had a clear conflict of interest. In my opinion, she should have never taken the case. When the other side moved to disqualify her, she fought the disqualification in court vigorously. The trial court ruled against her, but she continued to fight the ruling. Ms Mack did this,she said, because the client wanted her to do so. But, a client should not control you ethical judgment.
