The Champion of all Personal Injury Attorneys

After sustaining life threatening injuries in an auto collision involving a drunk driver I was referred to Mr. woods by an attorney who is very close to my family. After my initial consultation I had a gut feeling that Kevin was the rite attorney for my case. He did an excellent job laying out the "battlefield" and what was to be expected when dealing with insurance companies in my particular situation. While working with Kevin on my case for nearly a year and learning how the insurance claims world works I realize how valuable his experience, expertise, and world class team of medical experts as well as legal staff is when fighting the insurance company. At the end of the day Kevin got me and my family full policy limits. I often wonder where I would be today if I settled for a lesser attorney.

Complex Case

Kevin Woods did an excellent job of representing us with a complex and complicated case. He is very intelligent and knew exactly what to focus on for our case. Kevin and his staff were honest and straight forward with all matters concerning our case. I liked the way they asked the same from us. They always stressed for us to stick with the facts and to tell the truth. A gentleman that cares

Throughout my process for my suit for my car accident, I felt cared for. Mr. Woods and his staff always kept me informed. They always used a southern hospitality when I went by the office or had a question over the phone. Taking a suit to court is a scary process, but Mr. Woods talked me through the pros and cons and I felt thoroughly imformed with my descion to go court. He and his staff made the going to court seemless and I never got scared. I was extremely happy with his performance in the court room and over joyed with verdict we got.
