Expertise at it's finest!

Kevin and his fine team explained us our rights as tenant's with a hostile Landlord. Moving from the New York area we never thought it would be so difficult renting while our new home is being built. Kevin's firm stepped in and resolved all issues with a not so trusting landlord. Needless to say we needed his guidance and expertise resolving this situation. He is a expert when it comes to representing his clients and protecting their rights. In the end his firm has 5 STARS from us in resolving a situation and making our transition the way its supposed to be! We cannot be more satisfied with outcome and the professionalism of his team!

Saved the day, me, and my house!

I was almost hurt badly by unscrupulous buyer and realtor who never ever explained 1 contract, addendum, nothing. And the realtor knew that I am physically disabled, my husband is still recovering from long, ugly cancer battles just made the whole situation more sickening. House is our biggest investment. I didn’t think I needed an attorney to watch the realtor and buyer , but these days, I thank God for Kevin Jursinski. He took care of the contractual end of the bad deal, saved me from harm, and saved my house!! Don’t trust anyone when it comes to something so important, except Kevin and his staff. They have your interests at the top of the list.

Top Notch Real Estate Law Firm

We consulted with and hired Attorney Jursinski’s law firm for three separate cases - assessment dispute on a piece of property we purchased, to review and refine a contract with a custom builder and to draft a for sale by owner contract and supporting documents for our condo. I came to Kevin Jursinski's office facing a rather grim commercial real estate foreclosure situation. Kevin did his best by exploring all options towards finding a solution without litigation, then winning several major hearings until a reasonable settlement was made before trial. Kevin is a confident professional and strong litigator in the courtroom. From a client's perspective, he is personable and a pleasure to work with. His language can be a little "colorful", but he is easy to understand. I was impressed by how quickly he would respond to e-mails sent early in the morning or late in the evening, even on weekends. Excellent to work with!!

I worked w/Kevin this month (April 2020) on two related but separate situations. The whole interaction was a real pleasure. I contacted him after hours one night. He responded right away the next morning with spot on guidance at a critical time. It was perfect... He then stayed in contact with me after to make sure things were in line. It's not often you can cold call an attorney after hours, even a highly rated one, and get the immediate high-level service he and his firm provide.
