The purpose of this proceeding is to determine whether Respondent violated section 460.413(1)(i), Florida Statutes (2013), by committing sexual misconduct, as alleged in the Administrative Complaint. In the event that a violation is established, then the appropriate penalty to be imposed also must be established.Petitioner failed to prove that Respondent committed sexual misconduct. Recommend dismissal of the Administrative Complaint.
