Kevin Sharbough was an excellent, professional attorney to work with. He was willing to work with me long distance and take care of all the legal matters; paperwork, explanation of situation, request for telephonic appearance, and appear in court on my behalf. I put my trust in Kevin to represent me and he did not fail. He went above and beyond my expectations and though I hope we never need an attorney again in our lifetime, Kevin will be the first we'll call if we ever do.
Worst. Attorney. Ever. He uses highly illegal tactics (such as tapping people's cell phones) in order to gather information. He is unfamiliar with the law. Choose a different lawyer.
The firm was correct and proper in their procedures, practices; worked well to arrange the transaction per wishes of parties to the contract, just took longer than preferred to complete, due to much out of office activities of the lawyer involved ( court, deposition, etc.). Overall satisfied, just wish could have been a little speedier with conclusion.
