Diligence & Patience

I am constantly amazed by Kim's diligence and follow up. I'm not the easiest client to work with, and her patience really shines when our lack of legal self-preservation isn't present. She also will educate me on every process and task if I have any questions - not a lot of lawyers will do that for their clients.
