Ms. Dunton's work with families in turmoil includes serving as a Senior Attorney with Children's Legal Services, an attorney ad litem for juveniles in the dependency system, and work with battered spouses. She is also a Guardian Ad Litem, and in 2017, Kiki was awarded the Florida Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Attorney award for excellence in advocacy for children with special needs.
Ms. Dunton was awarded the Order of Barristers while in law school at Wake Forest, as well as being a member of the Executive Council of the Moot Court Board and Phi Alpha Delta member of the year. In 2019, she was admitted as a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
