Attorney K. Beth Luna started The Luna Law Firm, PA to create a family law practice that is focused on the individual client and their unique needs. The Luna Law Firm was founded in Reno, Nevada in 2010. In late 2014, Ms. Luna relocated back to Jacksonville, Florida with her family and re-opened The Luna Law Firm, PA as a Florida family law practice.
After years of practicing family law, Ms. Luna quickly realized that family law cases including divorce and child custody are unique and require an approach that is reasonable, yet aggressive when necessary, to meet each individual’s, and their family’s, best interests.
Ms. Luna places a priority on listening to client’s concerns, goals, and needs while working with each individual case to formulate the best method to handle the individual’s Florida divorce or child custody/time-sharing case. Every client deserves to be educated about the law, and to be advised on their case. The Luna Law Firm, PA currently accepts a limited number of cases. This is to ensure that our clients receive individual and high quality attention.
In 2016, Attorney Jimmy Midyette joined the firm. Mr. Midyette and Ms. Luna worked together as young attorneys at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, where they gained an appreciation for client-centered advocacy and public service. Both attorneys are committed to the local community and a practice that is client focused.
