Child Support

Beth Luna is amazing! She helped me get custody back of my kids, as a father, during a difficult time in my life. She helps with child support issues, fraud, child visitation, etc . If you want an attorney who can win the case , you can rely on her !

MY SON AND I ARE TOGETHER AGAIN!

Upon finding out my now ex wife was having an affair, I was lost and had absolutely no money or possessions due to everything being in her name. Because of me leaving the household immediately, I was not able to see my son with no car, or money. Beth took my case and worked with me on payment the whole entire way. She called me, answered emails and messages very fast, and showed that she really cared. Very quickly, I was able to secure a car and my own financial means with the help of many family and friends. Beth stayed patient with me and answered every question while I was going through such a heartbreaking part of my life. In a year's time, Beth was able to secure joint custody for me dead down the middle, get my divorce signed, and help me start my life all over. Today, I am happy beyond belief. God has everything happen for a reason. Beth was truly to my belief put into my life by Him. I am engaged to a woman who has showed me what love realty is, my son is with his daddy, my career has taken off, and that dark part of my life is now over. If it wasn't for Beth, the lights still may have been off. Thank you Beth and your awesome team!!! You are all truly a blessing!!!

Fantastic Attorney

Beth Luna really did a fantastic job with my divorce. It was unfortunately an extremely messy one with restraining orders, difficulty having the second party sign papers and worse a child was involved. Beth was able to help with absolutely everything, she is a skilled attorney and an attorney with real feelings. It is still unusual for a father to gain full custody of his daughter, but she was able to do this through her knowledge of law and experience. I hope to never need her services for something like this again, but if I did Beth Luna is the only one I would call. If you need the best, you should contact her.

Honest, Ethical, Tactical and Fair...an Excellent Family Law Attorney!

Beth was a tactful, tactical and successful advocate on my behalf in working with my ex-wife's attorney and the mediator to obtain a favorable settlement in my recent child custody and child support modification hearing. I no longer reside in Florida and Beth was my only local resource. It was hard choosing an attorney for something as important as a custody case and in retrospect, I feel like God guided my hand in connecting me with Beth. In addition to be a savvy attorney, she was incredibly fair in her billing and fees. I was working on a tight budget and I never felt as if I wasn't important or worth her time despite the fact that she certainly wasn't getting rich handling my case. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a family law attorney.

K. Beth Luna is the BEST!

Beth Luna is the BEST family law attorney I have ever worked with. Unfortunately, I have been in and out of family court for over seven years. During that time, I have worked with several attorneys in Reno, NV. I have never experienced the hard work and compassion Beth, and her firm has shown me. Her composure and straightforward manner offered me a high degree of comfort that I most desperately needed during the worst time in my life. I was at risk of losing custody of my daughter and Beth’s expert handling of my case turned everything around for us. Without her superb representation and moral support, I don’t know where my family and I would be. Amazing family law attorney

I had the unfortunate need to hire Beth for a recent divorce. On our first consultation I was a wreck I was ending my marriage and I had small children. I had no idea what the state would allow me to do or if I could even move out with my kids. Beth was upfront with me and explained the law clearly and what local courts tend to rule on. She was super beneficial in calming my nerves, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. Beth was very informative as well as knowledgeable with my case and the local law. She always put me at ease and kept me informed as well as up to date with my case. Divorce is not easy at all and you will never get 100% of what you truly want but she helped me get what was fair at the time. Her staff was also amazing and at some points held my hand on those awful days things didn't go my way in court. They made what was such a stressful time in my life go by as easy as it could. I would certainly recommend her to anyone in the future to anyone who needs a family law attorney.

Excellent Family Law Attorney!

Beth Luna is an amazingly generous person and an excellent lawyer who worked diligently on my case from start to finish. My case was VERY complex and involved international issues under the Hague. She was the ONLY attorney in Reno who was qualified, willing, and able to take my case on, despite its intricacy and complexity. She literally worked around the clock, late nights, weekends, during her move across the country, even while she was on vacation. She kept in constant contact with me throughout the duration of my case and she actively solicited and listened to my input along the way. We ultimately prevailed as a direct result of her hard work and dedication, and I would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE needing a family law attorney.
