Non-compete contract

I was in a tough situation at work, having received a great job offer that conflicted with an existing non-compete contract with my current employer. Mr. Lee took the time to discuss my situation the same morning that I called; he informed me what my potential options would be in the event that I took the job and contested the agreement. It was great to speak to someone that was so knowledgeable of the legal processes involved in a restrictive contract dispute. With his advice I was able to make a decision that I knew would be best for me in the long term. I will definitely contact him again to review any future contracts before signing.

Honest review for Kyle Lee Lawyer

I would like to start by saying that I am very thankful for Kyle and his team without him, I don’t believe I would’ve been able to be successful in my case out come. I hate that during our time Covid was a major factor, because I know that a in person court setting, he would’ve been able to really give it to the opponents in their face. The only thing that I will say is that the follow up/update process could be more informative to the customer, as sometimes with these type of cases your wondering what’s going on. I can’t stress enough when I say TRUST THE PROCESS people! Kyle will do his best to deliver on his word. In closing I will say thank you again Kyle for everything I will always be grateful! I hope to never be in a situation again with an employer but if so I know who I am calling KYLE LEE LAW!!

Best Attorney Ever!

My right to FMLA leave was unlawfully blocked by former employer and I was let go under the ‘vail’ of COVID19. I have been an administrative professional for over 20 years and this time I decided I was not going to just accept it walkaway with my head down because Florida is a right to work state and I felt like there was nothing I could do. One night I stayed up to the wee hours of the morning researching employment attorneys online and found Mr. Lee and contacted his office the next day. They scheduled a free in office consult for following week. Having worked as a paralegal in a law office, I can tell you that this was a very unique experience. It was like I was meeting w him in his living room. Both he and his legal assistant both sat and talked with me and listened. He even got on the phone with a colleague to run the case by him as well. After over an hour Mr. Lee confidently said ‘yes - let’s do this!’ and accepted the case. He confirmed that what my former employer did was illegal and he was confident in bringing a suit against them. For the first time in my professional life, I felt validated. Mr. Lee chose to stand up and fight for me and my family and for my rights as a long time dedicated employee. Regardless of the outcome, I will forever be grateful to have him on my side.

The BEST

Almost immediately after meeting with Kyle, I knew I was going to hire him to represent me in my case. Awesome Lawyer and Person

Called Kyle to help resolve an employment issue that I was having with a previous employer. Not knowing what to do since I had never had an issue like this, he walked me through every step and kept me updated with everything that was going on. He was Super knowledgable about my employment rights and what kind of case I had. I hope I never have to use him again (since I do not want any employment issues) but if I do, I will definitely call Kyle! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
