Mr Kaylor and Ms Leto are excellent attorneys.
Ive used them twice in the past few years for workmans comp, Mr Kaylor and recently social security, Ms Leto, both successful and professional.
However as of late, I was spoken to rudely and unprofessionally by their secretary.
Since our day in court in July, ive asked for their assistance in coresponding with social security, and then when i call again to see what success shes had, was told shed try again and would get back with me. She doesnt get back with you, and today was short and rude and told me they no longer represent me and not to call again about my case.
They have been paid and that must be all they care about. Or all she cares about.
I would no longer recommend their office again and this young lady does not represent their office well.
