HORRIBLE! My daughter had a wreck that totaled her car and incurred medical bills. JJ took 20 months, yes 20 moths to settle the case! Dealt with 4 different paralegals. Horrible follow-up and to top it all off, JJ walked away with more money in the settlement than my daughter did! I have dealt with multiple lawyers in my lifetime and I can honestly say, JJ is the WORST ever!
Extrememly smart and aggressive. He will tell you exactly how it is. He was very down to earth and was not afraid to fight the insurance company. I felt like the staff was very friendly and if I needed to see Mr. Talbott they always got me in as soon as possible.

As my claim for worker compensation is now at a close, I haven't received any feedback from this firm concerning my case or what if any my options are surrounding it. I would certainly like to know what to do next. One would think an attorney would be obliged to keep their client up to date on any concerns they might have.
