I’m beyond grateful for the expertise and support we got from Larry with both the sale of our home and the subsequent purchase of a new home. Had we not had Larry acting on our behalf, our new purchase would likely have been derailed, we would not have saved thousands of dollars and would have spent beyond what was necessary . Great help for a Canadian and his mom

My mother and I found Larry through this website and he was a great help during what was a stressful time. My father had passed and we were dealing with probate on a property. He and Cindy were thorough, patient and helpful at all times, even when we didn't understand a situation. Always willing to discuss by phone and very sensitive to the needs of my mother who was anxious and unsure the entire time. I would highly recommend Larry for any legal matters.

When You Need An Attorney

Like many of us today, we are caring for parents that brought us into the world and cared for us when we needed them the most. Larry initially helped us by preparing a Power of Attorney and Will for our elderly mother. Following her passing, Larry filed the necessary legal documents to transfer our parents home to us, her two sons. The filings were done quickly and as Larry clearly outlined would occur.
