Had Mr Baird do a probate for us back in 2002. We are still receiving paper work in my deceased parents name. I contacted them the right before Thanksgiving, was told that they would look into it Monday (because the office was closed for Thanksgiving), it is well into the first week of Jan and I am still waiting. I have put calls in, and have only reached someone once! and, they knew exactly who was calling when they answered the phone.
I am still trying to reach someone. You can call at different times of the day, any day you like, and you will never get anyone to answer or return your call.
