Our practice is heavily focused on Florida Probate, Estate Planning and Guardianship Law. We file Probate matters *STATEWIDE* and represent clients all nationwide and beyond. We've handled over 800 probate matters from start to finish.
I enjoy the challenges of my practice areas. I try to keep my office as efficient as possible by using software and technology, both of which keep me focused and accessible to my clients.
I prepare all legal pleadings and estate documents myself and do NOT outsource to paralegals.

Statewide Probate Practice - We assist clients with administration of the estates of deceased loved ones. From start to finish, we ensure that our clients are empowered to manage and distribute estate assets. Formal/Summary administration included.
We assist clients with incapacity and legacy planning while avoiding complication and unnecessary future expense. We carefully draft Last Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Directives among other important instruments.
We assist clients who need to establish a court-supervised guardianship over their loved ones. This procedure is for incapacitated adults or minors entitled to large sums of money (from settlements, etc).
The primary focus of our Elder Law practice is Medicaid eligibility for long term care. This is a very delicate area of the law. Our goal is to help clients preserve their hard earned savings in the face of enormous skilled nursing care costs.
