Very Informative and helpful consult

Mr. Duong was very forthcoming with information about ways to close my deceased mother's bank account. She had no will or beneficiary on her account and I was unsure of want routes to take without going through probate. Thanks to Mr. Duong I will file a disposition of personal property without administrator.

Patient, knowledgeable, and helpful attorney!

My wife and I worked with Long to draft our will and other estate planning documents. We never thought we had enough assets that we needed a will, but we thought we should meet with an attorney anyway after our son was born. Helped me through probate after father passed without a will

When my father died without a will I did not know what to do; I needed some form of summary executorship of my father's estate and I did not know where to begin. Until that point in my life I had never hired a lawyer. Heck, I had never heard the word "probate" before! I was lost. Long was with me every step of the way, willing to answer every question I had in the most efficient and simplest way possible. This was a godsend, especially since my father passed in Florida and I live in New York! If you are looking take your first step when it comes to dealing with the lose of a loved one whom didn't have will Long will put you on stable ground - I 100% recommend him!

Fantastic and Accessible

Made going through probate easy

My family has owned a Disney Vacation Club membership for years and I needed to clear the title quickly because of my Aunt going into assisted living. I found LD Legal, LLC and emailed regarding the free consultation. Mr. Duong called me the next day and was able to ease my concerns about going through probate in Florida while I reside in Maine. He told me all the paperwork that was needed and the approximate time frames for everything to be completed. Everything went smoothly and exactly as he said.
