Unclaimed Assets

My father had a long battle with Alzheimer's and through the years little bits and pieces of his assets went unclaimed or became held up by companies that could no longer contact him. Mortgage Agreement

Louis has been dealing with complicated real estate titles and estate settlements for years. His ability to read a contract and understand it better than the people that wrote it has amazed me on more than one occasion. He sifted through the entire agreement, found all the problems and came up with a solution that works. He then explained it in terms anyone can understand. Probate

I was referred to Louis through a friend. I trusted this friends opinion and am so glad I did. Even though Louis was on the other side of the state it was the correct choice. Not only was the probate process painless but completed in record time. His wherewithal with the courts and judge expedited the process to completion in less than a month. He also listed the exemptions that we could get on our taxes using VA disability. I could not have asked for a more personable lawyer who has the client's interest at heart. Thanks again Louis Okun
