The issues in this case are whether the Respondent Florida Keys Community College had good cause to remove 39 academic credits and an associate in science degree from Petitioner Timothy Jones’ academic transcript and whether Respondent has good cause to terminate Petitioner from employment as professor of marine propulsion.Petitioner awarded associate of science degree for simply signing applications for course credit "by institutional examination" in violation of community college rule. "Good cause" for removal of credits and termination of employment.
