Sexual Abuse Case

As a young boy, my parents took me to see a well known physician because they were concerned that I was quite short. I was ushered into the doctor's office without my parents and told to undress. At his direction, I sat on his lap where he proceeded to fondle me and then photograph me in very embarrassing positions. Since he was a man of such authority, and I was just a boy, I never told my parents about it (until years later) and carried around the shame of that experience for my entire life. More than 50 years later, I responded to an online ad from Marc Wites of the Wites Law Firm and found Marc to be a caring and sensitive person on the other end of my phone call. He was always respectful and communicated very clearly. At no time did I feel any pressure or judgement. He personally handled my case and efficiently guided me through each step of the process right up until the end. The case was settled very quickly for quite a large sum of money and there was no question in my mind that it was Marc’s experience and expertise that allowed this case to come to conclusion so quickly and painlessly for me. Insurance claim due to roof leaking after a storm.

I retained the Wites law firm to handle an insurance claim due to my roof leaking after a storm in Florida. The insurance company refused to pay with Mr. Wites efforts I settled with the insurance company. His firm was prompt and professional in dealing with this claim and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Marc Wites and his staff won a sizable settlement for me and my family. Marc’s knowledge, determination and professional advice on when to settle was on point. Marc’s responsiveness on our communication was as one expects on a best-case scenario. Marc will communicate via text or email. When I had questions, I will get a response immediately, during business hours, weekends etc., it did not matter. In addition, it was not a member of his staff but Marc himself who will respond. Full Settlement

Great representation!

I was pointed to the Wites Law firm with my first traffic accident by a friend years ago and I was very satisfied with the way my case was handled. 7 years ago I was the victim of another accident, Unfortunately, I ended up signing with a different law office where the staff was very unprofessional and my case was stalling for a long time.
