Clients learn the benefits of the Trust Protection Spectrum and how to protect loved ones from life's perils - people who need protection from themselves, protection from divorce, protection from creditors and predators and catastrophic illness protection. Special trusts for special needs children or pets are my passion.
The American population is aging and the need for long term asset protection planning is more important than ever. Our monthly Truth About Medicaid Planning workshop details the truths and myths of the Medicaid maze.
Knowing what to do, how to do it and how to pay for it is an important part of the estate administration process. Probate and trust administration were created for the efficient administration and distribution of estate assets.
Vulnerable adults - seniors or special needs individuals may need protection through guardianship or guardian advocacy. We offer guidance and assistance in both.
