Exceptional Attorney

Mrs. Arneson is an exceptional attorney. I could not be happier with her representation. I utilized her services for a divorce incorporating a distance time-sharing plan for one minor child. Mrs. Arneson's legal advice was unparalleled. I spoke with several attorneys prior to retaining her and she by far had advice; which (in my case) saved me the legal battle of fighting Florida's relocation statute. It was her expertise and savvy counsel; which turned a frightening and frankly anxiety-ridden situation, into one of ease and comfort. Divorce is not simple and certainly not enjoyable, but Mrs. Arneson represented me avidly and even informed me when I was incorrect in my personal assessment of the situation. Sweet lady, but you can hire better for the fees she charges

I would use her for general law, wills, real estate documents, etc., but never for a family law attorney. We felt like many times the best interest of mother and child were not considered. Such as temp child support and maintenance. Also, that we had to give her ideas to move the case along rather than her coming up with the solutions and being aggressive.
