I have been practicing law in Southwest Florida for 32 1/2 years. One thing about the legal profession, is that you never stop learning and adding to your depth of knowledge day in and day out. I like the intellectual challenge presented by being an attorney. I also enjoy the interaction with clients in good times and sometimes when things aren't going so well for the client. Practicing law gives you a bird's eye view into the human condition and sharpens your sense of understanding different behaviors and motivations of people.
I enjoy helping people and making a difference, if at all possible. I have a small solo practice that I recently formed after 32 years of working for a couple of medium-sized firms for the 1st 31 years of my career. I like to think I give individualized attention to my clients, and when they contact or call my office, they speak to me, and not a paralegal, or legal assistant. I have substantial experience in connection with prosecution and defense of mortgage & construction lien foreclosure actions.
I have experience with regard to guardianships, wills and trusts, estate administration & probate litigation.
