We have hired Mark for several matters both business and personal. He has prepared estate planning documents, business sale/purchase agreements and handled construction contract matters for us. He is very thorough and explains matters so it is easy understand. He knows his area of expertise. If I have a matter that in not something that he is an expert in, he knows somebody that is. He is very easy to get in touch with by phone and email. When he has business on my side of town, it is very convenient for me that he is willing to meet at my office. His office is in a central location as well. I would recommend Mark to any of my friends or colleagues that are in need of an attorney.
Mr. Horowitz exceeded my expectations for an attorney and I found him to be a great person as well; it was a pleasure working with him. I contacted him at a late stage in my legal issue; he accepted the case anyway and worked on both the weekend and holiday to meet the deadlines set by the court and brought it to a quick completion. He always responded to my inquiries quickly and personally instead of indirectly through assistants.
