Mr. Mohler makes starting a business less scary.

There is a great quote attributed to J.P. Morgan: "Well, I don't know as I want a lawyer to tell me what I cannot do. I hire him to tell how to do what I want to do." Mark's knowledge is invaluable in a world of increasing regulation and tax burden. His advice on formation has saved me both time and money. His construction of unique contracts has put my ventures on a solid path. Although, I do not always like his answers at the time, they have proven correct in the long run.
