I’ve had several cases with him and have found him to be unknowledgeable with family law. He didn’t even know what a Partition Action in a family law case was. Additionally, he takes padding his bill to the nth degree. Even my client caught him in an attempt to illegally charge our clients for attending a final hearing despite knowing that a final hearing in Seminole county to finalize (that particular) a divorce was not required. Troum even took me aside and asked me why didn’t I go along
