When you talk to Martha Ann Lott, she listens. When she talks to you, you understand. Esoteric is an understatement when applied to her knowledge of the Law and how it is applied. I have know Martha Lott for almost thirty years. For more than twenty of those years she was a circuit court judge in the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
