I like most other people I know have hardly any familiarity with "Elder Law". I knew only that I had a Mother who is 89 and has many of the mental issues that accompany making it to old age.
I had a highly unusual family situation due to the fact that there was no next generation to think about or to help with our issues. No kids, no grandkids.

There were things that caused my head to spin but in the end I felt comfortable knowing Marty would be there for us when we needed him. Gave me peace of mind I did not have prior to retaining him!
He was very understanding and patient with our numerous questions and repeatedly made sure we were comfortable with what he was was doing for us.
