I engaged Mr. Levy to represent me in a civil case. As the case progressed I was accused of fraud by the defense attorney. Rather than research the incidents in question and defend me against these false allegations he withdrew as my attorney. He claimed irreparable differences yet prior to the hearing to withdrew he never contacted me to explain and to discuss what the irreparable differences were. He merely filed his motion. When I attempted to contact him prior to the motion hearing he never returned my calls. He was unprofessional, incompetent, uncaring, and intimidated by the opposition attorney.
