The issue for determination in this proceeding is whether Respondent retaliated against Petitioner in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, based upon her complaints about a coworker’s conduct perceived by Petitioner to be sexual harassment.In this summary proceeding, Petitioner failed to establish a prima facie case of retaliatory employment discrimination; accordingly, the Petition is dismissed.
