Chris Brown is without a doubt the most honest and hard working attorney I have ever come across. I used him for a case and he went above and beyond, worked additional hours he didn't have to and did not send me a huge bill like most other money hungry lawyers do. He is the real deal, hard working, and kicks butt in the court room. Could not praise him enough for his legal guidance. Chris will have your back and take great care of you.
I had the pleasure of hiring an attorney named Chris Brown. He saved me 10 years in prison by being so well prepared and honest. I was involved in a racketeering case with 4 co-defendants who each had their own lawyer. Chris took my case for a reasonable fee and worked his tail off in order to keep me from state prison and while doing that he was able to keep me with my family. I had a 1 month year old daughter when this case first began. This was not an ordinary case being prosecuted by a state attorney. This was prosecuted by the Office of Statewide prosecution. The attorney general's office which is no easy task. They had an open check book and I did not. Chris recognized this and explained that this was an uphill battle. While representing me I not only had a great attorney I had a great friend. The results could have been devastating to me and my family, but some how he took 4 first degree felonies and 5 third degree felonies and turned it into 1 year in jail and 10 years of probation. The story doesn't end. While on probation I could not get out of my own way. I went on to violate probation 3 times all resulting in jail time. But the last one there was no plea deal in place. I thought for sure as well as my family that I was going to get the 10 years in prison. Which the thought of that scared the s--- out of me. All of the violations were not serious crimes, but they were violations. Chris prepared my family and I for the worst. He was there every time I called. Not once did he not pick up the phone. So we went into court on a VOP hearing with the statewide prosecutor's office begging the court to send me away for 10 years. It was so scary to hear them beg the judge. But Chris was prepared and calm and spoke to the judge so smoothly without hesitation. After the judge found me guilty of violating the probation and during the sentencing phase Chris calmly asked the judge,"Your honor what sense is there in warehousing my client in prison for 10 years" the judge took a 15 minute break during which Chris spoke positively to my parents and I trying to keep are spirits up in such a fragile time. And when the court resumed the judge agreed with Chris that prison time would serve no good purpose. And because his of kindness, professionalism, and friendship that Chris showed my family and I and the ongoing friendship he has shown me since by taking time out of his busy schedule to see how my daughter and I were doing. Keeping in touch. Being a kind human being. I would refer him to the heavens. I call him superman. He gave me a chance to be a full time father. I will never forget him. Sometimes a person can walk into your life and make it just a little bit better. He did that for me. Thank you Chris.
I had the pleasure of meeting and hiring Mr. Brown in 2004. I was involved in a racketeering and money laundering case involving the statewide prosecutor's office. The work Mr. Brown did for me saved my life. I was looking at an easy 30 years in prison and because of his refusal to lay down I was back with my newborn baby in 10 months. He was an attorney first. Friend and confidant second. A second time 10 years was on the line he got me 6 months. WOW He is a winner period. Thanks Chris
This group of lawyers are very good. Can't rely on their administrative assistants so much.
