Whether Respondents, Donna and Randy Morrison, managers of Hillside Mobile Home Park, discriminated against Petitioners, Linda Parah and Andrew Loveland, Sr., by failing to make reasonable accommodation for Petitioners' service animal necessary to afford equal opportunity to use and enjoy the rental premises in violation of the Fair Housing Act, Sections through 760.37, Florida Statutes (2004).1Petitioners failed to demonstrate a request for reasonable accommodation was made before their eviction on the basis of other grounds. Recommend that the petition be dismissed.
