Best choice

My son had some very serious charges and Matt handled everything. 2 thumbs up.

I'm Glad I called his firm

Matt is a very knowledgeable, patient and down to earth attorney. I wanted an attorney or firm that was strictly criminal defense because of what was at stake. I was at my wits end after calling over 20 such firms and finding myself dead in the water. Matt's firm is uniquely diversified and I was reluctant to call at first. This was a naïve mistake on my part. Matt answered my first call and promptly looked up my case finding information and details in just a few minutes that made all the difference in terms of a more positive outcome where my case was concerned. He then offered advice about the process I was going through and counsel on how to handle the different aspects of it I would encounter. In short he saved my life. I now realize that the diversification and experience of Casey and Torres offers superior strength and skill to meet their clients needs. I am very grateful to Matt for his counsel and patience.

I highley reccomend Matthew Casey!
Matthew Casey is a fanastic Lawyer. I found Mr. Casey through this site; he was the quickest to respond and maintaned an exceptional amount of professionalism and expert customer service. Mr. Casey was very kind and knowledgable, he spoke to me for over an hour giving me all of the ins and outs of my case, and this was before I officially hired him! He would never hestitate to completely answer my nonstop, and obsessive questions. He always kept me informed and made sure I knew what was going on with my case. Ultimately, I received a full dismissal of my case, obviously the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a very reasonably priced, hard working attorney. Thank you so much Mr. Casey!

Honest
Mr. Casey was very helpful with my case. He even answered questions I had after the case was over, and he had already been paid. I highly recommend him for any person facing criminal charges.

Matt Casey is a fantastic lawyer.
After ruling out several other lawyers for various reasons, I found Mr. Casey on Avvo. In our initial consultation, he spoke with me for 90 minutes, an extremely generous amount of time, and I hadn't even hired him yet. When I did hire him, his fee was very affordable for someone on my limited income, and he even let me pay it in two parts. Although my case was very straightforward for an experienced attorney like Mr. Casey, he never tried to downplay its importance or make me feel that it was beneath him. He did a great job of always keeping me informed of his actions and what was required of me, and was always very quick to respond when I emailed him. On top of his professionalism, he was extremely personable and I legitimately enjoyed our meetings. While I hope to never need a criminal defense attorney again, it is comforting to know that Mr. Casey is ready and available should I ever need to call on him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney.

Thank you, Matthew Casey
Matthew Casey took my case through an online resource. I was presently living in Las Vegas, NV and had to turn myself into the Leon County jail in Tallahassee, FL. Upon arrival, and further review of the case, Mr. Casey considered that I was looking at 30 months to 5 years in state prison to atone for my fugitive status. I acquired all the character references that I could prior to leaving Las Vegas, per Mr. Casey's counsel. I was gratefully released after 19 days, time served for the fugitive and a one year mail-in probation with the contingency of release from probation after restitution was paid. I was homeless in Tallahassee for a period of 2 1/2 weeks until I was hired on by The Salvation Army as chaplain for a drug rehabilitation center in Texas. Mr. Casey's knowledge of common law coupled with his understanding of the procedures adapted by the prosecution is second to none... THANK YOU MR. CASEY

Matt is an exceptional lawyer. He graduated in the top three of his class from F.S.U. law school. He has practiced as a prosecutor, instructed law enforcement in the course of his work, and been a defense attorney for many years. His ability to win over a jury are rare and to be admired. He litigates both administrative and criminal cases in a very agressive manner. He is an exceptional advocate that I recommend highly.
