Attorney Matthew Kindel is THE MAN. I received a bad speeding ticket that was completely unjust (I wasn't speeding), but had incredible odds stacked against me, in a jurisdiction with very difficult Judge. I literally called almost a dozen attorneys, all of which either didn't want to deal with that jurisdiction/Judge, or basically told me "you're just gonna make things worse for yourself by arguing your case with this Judge. Just take a driver improvement course." A very defeatist attitude. Then I spoke with Attorney Kindel. He quickly identified certain elements of my case that may work in my favor, and suggested we subpoena some information that may help our case (which he did follow through on). The initial hearing (not surprisingly) didn't go in my favor, as the Judge wasn't willing to accept a withhold adjudication. So Attorney Kindel requested to review the Officer's certifications etc to establish the burden of proof prior to a formal (virtual) hearing at a later date. I was able to touch base with Attorney Kindel days before the actual hearing, and then he was in contact with me in real time during the hearing. Attorney Kindel was able to get a very good idea of Judge's temperament, based on what he was and wasn't allowing for the cases prior to mine. And based on that, was able to push the Officer on vital facts that left the Judge (reluctantly) no choice but to DISMISS MY TICKET. I honestly didn't even think having my ticket dismissed was within the realm of possibilities in my case, and given the specific circumstances I was dealing with. But bottom line, unlike the numerous other attorneys I had consulted with initially, Attorney Kindel is a FIGHTER, and fought for ME, despite the incredible odds. And the results speak for themselves. I can't express in words how happy I am to have retained Attorney Kindel. He was worth every penny. If you're in a tough spot, and need someone who is willing to fight for you, despite the odds, Attorney Kindel is the one to choose. Like it says on his profile, "I fight.
