Acquisitions Brevard, LLC (“JAB”), are entitled to the Environmental Resource Permit (“ERP”) issued by the St. Johns River Water Management District (“SJRWMD”) for construction and operation of certain railway facilities within the portion of the Florida East Coast Railway corridor known as Segment D08 (the “Project”).Petitioner did not demonstrate that the new bridges would cause flooding that would not already occur during a 100-year storm because of the height of the existing bridges.
