There were certain instances where Mr. Alfonso could have been a better listener. He seems to know Florida law which is a huge plus, and has a charismatic way of explaining the laws on a level of easy understanding. I think his fees are on the high side for what I consider the level of skills on the low side in the courtroom.
I've been very impressed with the availability to answer questions and make me feel I am important to them. My daughter used them in a prior accident and to update wills and was very pleased with the service; therefore I decided to use them on her recommendation and am glad I did. I'm very pleased with the service of the entire staff and organization.
