Excellent Attorney! HIGHLY Recommend!

My RN license was being investigated in late 2020. I was terrified, scared, and had no idea what my future looked like as a nurse. Ms. Blancho was referred to me from another RN for a similar situation. She calmed my nerves, was very informative, professional, and most of all, VERY QUICK to handle my situation. She always responded to my questions…it didn’t matter what day it was or time of day - she was always there! My case was closed with a letter of guidance and my license is still clear/active. I HIGHLY recommend her to any medical professional that is currently under investigation. She is a FANTASTIC lawyer!

Case Closed!

Megan Blancho saved my nursing license and career. I was reported to the board of nursing and department of health for narcotics diversion. I was literally sick to my stomach with stress and the possibility of loosing the license I worked so hard to get. A close friend stated to get a lawyer to help maneuver though the legal aspects and help save my license and name. I hired Megan. No process is swift, it is a lengthy process however; Megan listened to my concerns and offered every bit of advice/recommendation to help close my case with no violations. Well worth the money to have someone with inside knowledge help you navigate this system. I did everything she asked me to do and found the strength to fight my previous employer. And I won! My case has now been closed with no further actions against me. My advice, do not take your situation lightly, fight for your license and hire Megan, she will fight for you. I owe her everything!

Would recommend

Was terminated from my job as an RN because I refused the drug test. I refused the drug test because I was afraid CBD use would show as THC, and I was afraid to have a positive drug test on my record. Contacted this attorney and right from the get go she gave me great advice, and encouraged me. She explained things in ways I could understand, kept me updated and always answered my questions. 4 months later, my ‘charges’ were completely dropped and I am free and clear. I was able to continue working as an RN at another job the entire time. Payment plan was fair and reasonable. Would recommend to any RN who finds themself in a scary situation.
