She made it extremely easy for us

At the consultation Megan was going to follow up with the approximate cost of medical team, after 4 emails, she decided that she was "not able to take the case", At the consultation it was stated that we would have an answer for approximate costs the following week. Megan stated she was not able to take the case because she couldn't get a reduced medical team costs. It was never discussed that the case wouldn't proceed at full cost or a reduced rate, she simply never got back to us at about costs AT all, until the 4th email asking if she could take the case. Even after explaining to Megan today that the total costs should have been relayed to us by now, she simply stuck to claiming she's not able to do it at a reduced rate. We still have no answers about the total costs of a medical team reduced, full price or otherwise. Megan refused to refund the money after refusing to take the case even though all the questions at consultation was to be investigated further and have answers the following week
